We've been trying to sync the d/600jct e1 with the siemens hipath 4000 but after so many testings we are still unsuccessful. OS: Windows 2003 Server Standard Ed. R2 Voice Card: Dialogic D/600JCT 2E1 Driver: 5.1.1 with Service Update 133 Switch: Siemen HiPath 4000 DCM Config: ISDN CTR4 Euro CTR Protocols have been set to CTR4 and the PABX set to Euro standard ISDN and as "Master". SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/23/2007 12:46 AM We have a number of customers using VoiceGuide with HiPath PBX over E1 links. Are the LEDs on the back of the Dialogic card green? Have you used ISDIAG to test the E1 ISDN connection? We also offer a configuration service as part of which we can remotely log into the system using PCAnywhere or WinVNC etc. and get the system working.
